GX10 Pour Gun

Excellent for cavity fill and molding applications, the GX10 was designed with ports diametrically opposed for simultaneous valving to provide a superior quality finished product. With a variety of jet sizes that allow for the adjustment of outputs and operating pressures, the GX10 Pour Gun is mechanically self cleaning and eliminates costly solvent flushing.

• Solvent Free >>> The Model GX-10  Gun, as with all Gusmer guns, features a mechanically self-cleaning valving rod assembly that purges all mixed material from the mixing areas at the end of each shot, eliminating costly and environmentally harmful, solvent flushing procedures.
• Valving Rod >>> The valving rod forms a gasket like seal between the two components when the gun is off making it ready for the next cycle.
• Direct Impingement Mixing  >>> Highly efficient, diametrically opposed impingement mixing for simultaneous valving of chemical providing a superior quality finished product.
• Fully Adjustable Trigger >>> The trigger can be moved to accommodate both right and left handed people.
• Injection Jet >>> Designed to convert pressure to velocity which produces superior mixing of the components. Easily changed for different chemical formulations.
• Dual Stage Air Purge >>> This unique feature amplifies the opening force of the valving rod. The power stage utilizes two pistons for increased opening power.
• Readily Adaptable for Automatic timer  >>> Pouring can be timed automatically to precisely control the shot size during molding and cavity fill applications.
• Resin Circulation Cleaning >>> when the GX10 is activated the rear of the valving rod is washed with resin by a patented resin circulation technique preventing material buildup on the valving rod.
